How our income is used to build new homes and invest in existing homes
As a non-profit organisation, we need to ensure we put every penny we make to full use. All our income is reinvested into building more affordable homes for people in need and ensuring our existing homes are safe and well-maintained.
It is essential that we demonstrate we are focused on offering good value for money for you, our residents.
The housing sector is facing big challenges, both in terms of delivering new supply and maintaining high levels of services to existing residents.
English Rural’s business model is built on ensuring that services to existing residents are maintained at a high level and fully funded before looking to contribute any internal resources to the provision of new homes.
The following graphics show how our income has been spent.
