How our income is used to build new homes and invest in existing homes
In our ongoing mission as a non-profit organisation, English Rural remains steadfast in ensuring that our resources are utilised to their fullest potential. This past year, we've channelled our income into creating additional affordable homes for rural communities, upholding the quality of our existing properties, and enhancing the services we offer to you, our residents. Our promise to you is a continued dedication to delivering value for money, focusing primarily on meeting your needs and addressing your concerns.
The landscape of the housing sector presents numerous challenges, notably in balancing the construction of new homes with the enhancement and upkeep of services for our current residents. Our approach is tailored to ensure that the welfare of our existing residents always takes precedence. Prioritising high-quality, fully funded services for you is our primary concern, followed by the prudent allocation of resources for the development of new housing projects.
