Professional Development: We continue to invest in staff training and development, supporting career growth and professional qualifications. This approach ensures our team has the skills and knowledge to provide you with the best possible service.
Regulatory Compliance: We've conducted a comprehensive audit of our staff team to identify any gaps in skills or qualifications needed to meet new regulatory competency standards. Plans are being developed to provide necessary training and support.
Diversity and Inclusion: We're committed to creating a more inclusive workplace. We've commissioned an external review to provide fresh insights and actionable recommendations to further improve our approach to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Staff Satisfaction: We're delighted to report that 96% of our staff would recommend English Rural as an employer. This high level of satisfaction reflects our positive workplace culture and effective employee engagement strategies.
Board Development: Our Board has undergone an external effectiveness review, leading to improvements in succession planning, appraisal processes, and increased resident input in governance processes.
